Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase from Gooddszeei. Because we sell printed T-shirts and mugs, specific conditions apply.

Return Period
You may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date. After 15 days have passed, we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Contact us before sending back the item — email us with your order number and reason for return.

Non-returnable Items
You cannot return:

  • Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom prints on the products)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital goods

  • Health and personal care items (if any exist in future)

Return Process
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send the item. Please do not send the purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email whether your refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
